1 1/2 tabs Olive Oil
2 teas crushed Garlic
1 onion chopped
1 teas Dried Chilli
500gm Beef mince
2 teas Italian Herbs
2 tabs Tomato Paste
1 400gm can crushed Tomatoes
1/2 teas Paprika
1 tab Raw Sugar
1 1/2 teas Salt
1/2 teas Pepper
1 lt Chicken Stock (I made mine from cubes)
350gm Pasta, Penne, Elbow, Twists
fresh herbs to sprinkle
3/4 cup Cream
- Heat oil in heavy pan. Cook Garlic, Onion and Chilli.
- Add Mince,and cook until all is brown. Add Herbs, Tomato Paste and Sugar.
- Add Crushed Tomatoes, Stock, Salt, Pepper and Paprika.
- Add the pasta. Bring to boil and simmer until pasta is almost cooked.
- Finally add the cream and cook for a further 1-2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with fresh herbs to serve.
