Homemade Frozen Mixed Berry Jam in Bread Maker

I use my Panasonic SD-2501 Bread Maker, you can use any bread maker

700gm frozen Mixed Berries

400gm Sugar

10gm Powdered Pectin

• Place half of the berries into the bread pan, then layer on 1/2 of the sugar
• Repeat with the remaining berries and then remaining sugar
• Sprinkle the pectin onto the ingredients in the bread pan
• Cook on the Jam Menu on the bread maker #26
• This will take 1 hour and 40 mins
• Nothing more to do, but wait.
• Just delicious !
