200gm mushrooms, finely chopped
2 shallots, finely chopped
1/2 capsicum, finely diced
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
small chopped chilli (optional)
Spray or Brush frypan with oil and heat
Add mushrooms, shallots, capsicums, and garlic and cook gently
When lightly browned, add sesame seeds
Use as topping for bread rounds or toast.
