Savoury Cheese Log
- 250g cream cheese
- 250g cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 stick celery, finely diced
- 1/4 red capsicum, finely diced
- 3 gherkins, finely diced
- 1/4 red onion, finely diced
- paprika (Keep these to a minimum)
- curry powder (Keep these to a minimum)
- Mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, celery, pepper, gherkins and onion.
- Form into logs and roll in equal amounts of paprika and curry powder.
- I roll mine in Plastic then in Christmas Paper and can give as gifts.
Serve with olives, grapes, and crackers on a Cheese Board
