When adding bread crumbs to your minced meat for a dish. Place the breadcrumbs in a large dish and grate onion over the top of the crumbs. This allows for the juices from the onion to be absorbed by the breadcrumbs adding the maximum flavour. 1

Ginger tea with a dash of Maple syrup
So I bought a tea steeper and filled it with crushed fresh ginger. Placed this in a mug and added boiling water. Added some maple syrup to taste. Wow !! Just wow !
