Mushroom Topping on Toast for lunch today

  • oil
  • 200gm mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 2 shallots, finely chopped
  • 1/2 capsicum, finely diced
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • small chopped chilli (optional)
  • Spray or Brush frypan with oil and heat
  • Add mushrooms, shallots, capsicums, and garlic and cook gently
  • When lightly browned, add sesame seeds
  • Use as topping for bread rounds or toast.
