- Tomatoes
- Onion
- Coriander
- Salt
- Pepper
- Balsamic
Chop tomatoes and onions to small cubes. Mix in some coriander, salt, pepper and Balsamic.
Enjoy on it’s own, or with some cheese and crackers. Delightful!
