Mango Smoothie

Still taking advantage of the sensational seasonal mango.  A wonderful smoothie to start the day.

  • 2 large ripe mangoes
  • 400gm coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup yoghurt
  • 6 large mint leaves

Blend all together with several ice cubes.
