- 4 teas soy
- 3 teas fish sauce
- 2 tabs oyster sauce
- 1 teas sugar
- cooking oil
- finely chopped chilli to suit taste
- 5 teas crushed garlic
- 500gm chicken mince
- 3 shallots chopped
- bok choy
- brown rice
- Make sauce by mixing Soy, Fish Oyster sauces and sugar together and set aside
- Heat oil and saute chilli and garlic
- Add chicken and cook until white in colour
- Add sauce to the chicken
- Cook until only a little sauce is left
- Stir shallots and bok choy through
- Cook rice
- Serve mince over a bed of cooked rice.
