Fantastic Chicken Stir Fry – tried and tested

  • 4 teas soy
  • 3 teas fish sauce
  • 2 tabs oyster sauce
  • 1 teas sugar
  • cooking oil
  • finely chopped chilli to suit taste
  • 5 teas crushed garlic
  • 500gm chicken mince
  • 3 shallots chopped
  • bok choy
  • brown rice
  1. Make sauce by mixing Soy, Fish Oyster sauces and sugar together and set aside
  2. Heat oil and saute chilli and garlic
  3. Add chicken and cook until white in colour
  4. Add sauce to the chicken
  5. Cook until only a little sauce is left
  6. Stir shallots and bok choy through
  7. Cook rice
  8. Serve mince over a bed of cooked rice.
