- 500gm Chicken mince
- 4 Shallots finely chopped
- 1 finely chopped red Chili
- 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander stalks
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
- Prepare oven 220c or 200c Fan forced
- Line baking tray with baking paper
- In large bowl mix together 1/2 breadcrumbs and ALL remaining ingredients
- Add more breadcrumbs as required until mixture holds together in balls
- Shape mixture into balls and line these on the baking paper
- Bake in prepared oven for 25 mins until cooked through
NOTE: for something different swap the ginger and coriander for garlic and parsley
