Home made Self Raising Flour

Have you ever got half way through a baking session and found that you had no SR Flour left.  Not a problem, it is easy enough to make some for yourself.

  • 3.6 kg Plain Flour
  • 115 gm Cream of Tartar
  • 55 gm BiCard of Soda

Sift all together three/four times and add to the mixture
