Cheese Loaf – a great loaf for the savoury lovers

Cheese Loaf

  • 2 cups Plain Flour
  • 2 teas Baking Powder
  • 1 tab Butter
  • 1 cup Grated Cheese
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2/3 cups Milk
  1. Preheat oven to 220C
  2. Sift PL Flour and Baking Powder in a bowl
  3. Rub in Butter and then add Grated Cheese and Egg
  4. Stir in Milk to make a wet mixture
  5. Place in loaf tin and bake at 220c until cooked
  6. Cut into slices and serve with Butter.
