Bean Salad

  • 1 cup sliced cooked green beans
  • 1 cup canned whole kernel corn, well drained
  • 1 cup canned kidney beans, well drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

Place drained green beans in flat bowl.

Add drained corn and stir through.

Add drained kidney beans and stir through.

In separate jug, mix sugar, oil, and vinegar until sugar is dissolved.

Add salt and pepper and stir will.

Pour over the corn and beans. Stir well, chill and serve.
