Old Fashioned Passionfruit Jelly – Thanks Marlene for this recipe.

2 dozen passionfruit, 2 cups water, 1oz (28g) gelatine, sugar to taste. Put all in a basin, soak 1 hour, boil, add sugar. When nearly cold add a glass of sherry. Put into mould to set.

This is one from my sister, Marlene.  Sounds great, I have not tried it, but will give it a go this weekend.  Will post the outcome.
