1 large punnet of sour cream 2 small bottles of corn relish 1 cup grated cheese 1/2 teas hot sauce or tabasco some sliced shallots or chives Place all in saucepan on medium heat.  (Be careful it does splatter) Mix until all is melted and combined well. That’s it !
